Before using the www.gramoptic.gr website, please consult these terms and conditions of use and make sure that you understand them and that you unconditionally agree with them.
The company “Gramoptic – Grammenidis Konstantinos” is active in the sale of products, including through the internet (e-shop).
The website www.gramoptic.gr is an electronic commercial store selling products via the Internet (hereinafter referred to as “website” or “online store” or “e-shop”) created and operated by the company “Gramoptic – Grammenidis Konstantinos” located in Thessaloniki, Mitropoleos 105, 54622, Greece, phone +30 2310242898 and email gramoptic@yahoo.gr (hereinafter referred to as “company”).
The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the website www.gramoptic.gr. Any user who visits and interacts or makes use of the services of the website (hereinafter referred to as “visitor”, “user” or “customer”) is deemed to consent and accept unconditionally the following terms set out on this page.
General conditions
The company reserves the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions from the website and the online store, whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers of any change through the pages of this website.
Information provided & description of products or services
Please note that the information provided on the website about the products (sunglasses, eyeglasses, etc.) and their properties has been taken from relevant books, articles and research. The website shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may result from any act or omission based, in whole or in part, on information it provides.
Our obligation and our main concern is that the information provided within the website www.gramoptic.gr concerning the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products is accurate.
However, on your computer screen some products may appear slightly different in size, colour and texture to the actual product. The company, in the context of good faith, is not responsible and is not bound by electronic data entries that were made by mistake/overlap in common experience and is entitled to correct them at any time it becomes aware of their existence.
Limitation of liability
The company in the context of its transactions from the online store is not responsible and is not liable for any damage or damage resulting from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay of their execution, for any reason. It undertakes the full obligation to refund the price of the order that may have been paid, only if the cancellation, non-execution or delay of the order is due to the fault of the company. Otherwise, if the cancellation, non-execution or delay of the order is due to the fault of the visitor or customer, or the fault of a third party or force majeure, then the company is not obliged to refund any paid price of the order, but only subject to its discretion to return it after having previously examined the reasons for cancellation, non-execution or delay of the order.
Product prices
The prices listed on the website refer to the quantities that are available, while the company reserves the right to modify the description and prices of its products without prior notice, but is committed to fulfilling your order to send the products you ordered with the characteristics and prices posted on its website at the time of the order.
Payment methods
You can choose one of the following payment methods:
1. By credit card
You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid card if you have Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, American Express, Discover. All payments made by card are processed through the “Nexi e-Commerce” electronic payment platform of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. In this case, your card details are not stored anywhere, but are only used during the checking and billing process. So the transactions you make via credit cards are completely secure. 2. On delivery
Upon receipt of the products in Greece you can pay at the partner Courier (in this case there is a small fixed charge of 2€).
3. By deposit in a bank account
You can deposit the money in the following bank account. As a reason for the deposit you put the number of your order and your full name. We will proceed directly to the execution of your order as soon as we confirm the payment.

When the deposit is made by any other bank, Greek or foreign, any transaction costs are borne solely by the customer. Before ordering / paying from outside Greece, please contact us first by email or phone.
4. In the store
In case you want to pick up your products from our store, you can pay on the spot with cash or credit/debit card. We use the physical store as a physical exhibition and as a point of receipt of the products. The availability of a product in the online store does NOT automatically imply that it is available in the physical store. This means that if you want to purchase or see a product live, it is advisable to contact us by phone before visiting us to confirm the availability of the product in the physical store.
All product prices are retail and include VAT.

Shipping Methods
We currently ship our products in Greece only. If you want to buy and ship a product of ours outside of Greece, please contact us by email or phone first. For the delivery of the products to your home in Greece we cooperate with the reliable courier company Speedex to bring the products to you as soon as possible and with the safest way of transport.
For shipping throughout Greece the cost is 3€.
In case of payment by cash on delivery, there is a small extra charge of 2€.
For orders of 50€ and more, the shipping cost in Greece is free of charge.
The typical delivery time for shipping within Greece is 1-2 working days. Especially for remote areas of the Greek territory the delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Our company does not recognize any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.
Return policy
In any case for product replacement or refund request, you must have previously contacted us via email or phone.
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 days and request its replacement with another size or another product, as long as the original product is in perfect condition as received and with all the certificates of authenticity that accompanied it. Shipping costs for the return are covered by the customer. Replacement can only be made on readily available products
It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
– Before shipping the product by first contacting us by email or phone.
– Upon receipt of the product, within 14 days from the day of receipt. It is clarified that in order to proceed with the refund, the product must be in the excellent condition in which it was received, without damage and without missing the accompanying evidence, within its original packaging. Once returned and checked by the relevant department, your money will be returned in 3-4 working days. Shipping costs for the return are covered by the customer.
– Refunds are not given on products that are part of special promotions such as Black Friday.
– For orders under 50€ only the net value of the product is refunded and not any shipping and handling charges that have been paid.
– No returns can be made to contact lenses.
– Returns cannot be made to lenses that have already been fitted according to your order on the frame you have chosen.
– Returns cannot be made to products that have been ordered to the manufacturer by the customer.
– Cancellation and refund is made only for readily available products.
A product that will be returned as defective:
a) If it is defective, it shall be replaced with the same one without any charge
b) In case the product is not defective, the costs of receiving and shipping the product are covered by the customer.
The refund is made in the same way as the payment was made. In case of cash on delivery, you are required to inform us with a bank account (name of the beneficiary, bank, IBAN of the account), so that we can deposit the amount. A refund is available on the readily available e-shop products.
Personal data
The data of the users (name, e-mail address, home address, etc.) and the transactions of the users of the e-shop are considered confidential, as in normal transactions in a commercial shop.
The personal data that you make available to us by registering as a member is used exclusively for the execution of your transactions.

Use of Cookies
The www.gramoptic.gr website uses cookies because without them it would be impossible to operate some of its basic services, such as the status of orders, user choices, the storage of products in the shopping cart, the identification and facilitation of users and the improvement of the website’s content. All content on the website, including distinctive titles, marks, images, graphics, photographs, drawings, text, etc. are intellectual property of the company and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions or intellectual property of third parties for which the company has obtained a license for its own exclusive needs and for the operation of the website.
Any copying, transfer or creation of derivative works based on this content or misleading the public about the actual provider of the online store is prohibited. Reproduction, re-publication, uploading, posting, communication, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any manner or means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only with the prior written consent of the company or any other copyright holder.
The names, images, logos and distinctive features listed and describing the www.gramoptic.gr and Gramoptic branded website or the products of the company or third parties are the property of the company or third parties respectively, and are protected by the relevant trademark laws. Their use in the online store does not in any way provide a license or right to use them by third parties.
Applicable law – Jurisdiction of courts
All transactions carried out through the website www.gramoptic.gr are governed by international and European law that regulates issues related to e-commerce as well as by the Consumer Protection Act (Law 2251/1994) that regulates issues related to distance sales.
The courts of Greece are exclusively competent for any dispute that may arise from the use of the website and from the transactions that will be carried out through it.
